There are two attitudes that we have to pay attention to. One is when we go inward, we say everything is Ok. Not a blade of grass moves without Divine intervention. God has kept us like this, so let it be so. Everything is Ok.

This is the attitude when you have to go inward (Nivriti).

When you have to come out and work (Pravritti), then you see perfection in even small details. Wherever you see imperfection, you have to pay attention on how you can correct it. Find out ways to improve on all the things.

So while acting, we see where we can improve and what we can change.
When we retire into meditation and say that everything is perfect, only then we can go in.

Usually when people close their eyes and go inward, they say, ‘This is not ok, that is not ok and find fault with everything’. They can neither meditate, nor be quiet. And in activity, people think that everything is fine the way it is, why do we have to do anything about it? Then, we are at a loss.

So when we are acting, we see what we can do and when we have to retire we say everything is Ok. This attitude will help you go deep in meditation.

I want nothing nothing
I do nothing
I am nothing

These are basic principles of meditation. We have to pay attention to this thing.
These nine days are nine days of inner connection to the Divinity.

In these nine days, let us keep all our small, petty things, petty desires, requirements, our small small issues that bother us - all in one side and just say to Divine, 'Let thy will be done. I am yours, let thy will be done'.

With this conviction, when you move forward, doing your practices you will lack nothing. All that you need, will just come to you naturally, spontaneously.

So we move into our sadhana, our practices with a trust that we will be taken care of, we are being taken care of.

Navratri is a time when all those needs- physical, mental and spiritual, are taken care by the Divine. At the same time, help each other, help all those people who need your help. It is nine nights, it is very auspicious and it is uplifting to the spirit.

Yagyas (pujas) are done from thousands of years to bring peace, prosperity, to dissolve all the negative karmas and to uplift the human spirit. It has been practiced from a very long time.

It is best not to engage yourself in all other socializing, talking wordly things with people. Just be with yourself. If at all you speak, only speak some knowledge or bare essential things. It is better not to sit and gossip. But these few days its best to be in Divine knowledge.

*One fine day*, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route.
No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off,
and things went generally well.

At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet
eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging
down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, *"Big John doesn't
pay*!" and sat down at the back.

Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically
meek? Well, he was.

Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it.
The next day the same thing happened -
Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And
the next day, and the next.

This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big
John was taking advantage of him.
Finally he could stand it no longer. *He signed up for body building
courses, karate, judo*, and all that good stuff.

By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt
really good about himself.
So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said,
"Big John doesn't pay!"
The driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, "*And why
not?* " With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, "*Big John has a bus
pass* ."

*Management Lesson*: "Be sure there is a problem in the first place before
working hard to solve one."

Our voices should be strong. The voice of truth and religion is weak. When the voice of violence is strong, it creates trouble. When the voice of love is strong and the voice of violence is weak, that is satyayuga (the age of truth). The voice of Rama should be stronger than Ravana’s. Only then can he win. It is the same with Lord Krishna.

It is when life feels like a struggle that we must focus on knowledge. Even Arjuna was not first told to fight. He was told to be in knowledge and meditation. Only then should we work. Always be in knowledge and then work.

To get knowledge we don’t need to go to the Himalayas. Knowledge can come even in the activities of everyday life. Wanting perfection in work sometimes creates anger. If somebody does something wrong, it can create anger.

There are three types of perfection:

1. Perfection in mind is keeping our mind in peace.

2. Perfection in speech is to speak only when needed. No need to get into fights.

3. Also there is perfection in action. Perfection in action is not 100 percent possible.

However, perfection in mind and speech can be obtained by sadhana (spiritual practices), seva (service) and satsang (music and meditation). Once our mind and speech are perfect, work will also become perfect automatically.

I am very happy that the temple authority here is securing the culture of India. The culture of India is to accommodate everyone. Nobody is different. We have made everybody our own. For instance, the Guru Granth Sahib expresses Brahmgyan in simple language. This is the special aspect of India. We should not keep this knowledge within us. We should share so that everybody gets the benefit. This is also important.

Often people ask, “Why do we pray to so many gods and goddess?” The
Paramatma (the Divine) is one, yet called by different names. Just as with the same flour, we may make noodles sometimes and on another occasion, samosa (an Indian snack) or something else. It is still all the same flour. In the same way, it is the same Paramatma that we evoke through different names, forms and colors.

The meaning of aarti is complete happiness. Only when our life’s radiance is around God, do we get complete happiness. We should dive into the meaning of all rituals and then we will be happy and make others happy. We have to get rid of unhappiness. We all should do pranayama. We should focus on our breath everyday for 10 minutes or so. This is called pranayama and kriya. Through this, people can experience bliss. To be in bliss is total rest. The kriya also helps to maintain health as well as purifies the mind, intellect and emotions. It helps us to come out of our guilt and be in the present moment.

Do you use a cell phone? If you keep on pressing numbers but there is no SIM card inside, will it work? Now if you have the SIM card and no range, will it work? If the range and SIM card are there, but no charge, will it work?

Sadhana is the SIM card, range is faith. If you pray and claim that God didn’t hear, you don’t have a SIM card. No prayer will work. The charge is satsang. Temples and Gurudwaras are places to charge up. If we fight in a temple or Gurudwara, then also the pure energy will be lost. God will not be there.

Where all are happy, God comes. When the mind is happy our work gets done and we are able to bless others to heal themselves. All powers are hidden within the Self. Atma gyan (Self knowledge) will bring these out. If you bless people, everything will manifest. If you have a cell phone but don’t dial the number, will that work? You have to connect to yourself, prakriti (your nature), atma and paramatma. Then everything will manifest. That is why we have made a lot of blessers*. Blessers are already happy. They can bless people and heal them.

A village has been transformed from a very badly reputed place in Maharashtra, India to a model village. People were fearful to go there. Now 700 families are in satsang there everyday! We have found that there are no locks needed in that village anymore. There is only one store with no store-keeper. People go there to buy food, and they themselves put the the price of the commodity taken in the boxes. This has become a model village with clear water and every house is colored in pink. People do their own cleaning. They have switched over to organic farming. There is no chemical farming. Everybody is employed. For the past three years this village has been running like this and 180 more villages are moving along the same track. Nobody drinks alcohol or smokes.

We can make this dream a reality. We can make it happen. We have got everything and we are sitting here, keeping our mind free, clean and pure. Our only condition is you have to leave all your tension, stress, worries, pain. All these you must leave here and go home with a smile. Life is to be lived with happiness. We should not live life with sadness nor make others sad. Leave every unhappiness here. I am here only to remind you that God is there and He is your very own.

Thirty minutes of meditation will make you look brighter. We should all meditate for thirty minutes everyday. We should all go to temple and sit with our eyes closed for a few minutes. Do not leave a temple without meditating.

“That which you cannot express is Love.
That which you cannot reject/renounce is Beauty.
That which you cannot avoid is the Truth.”

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.
From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

Ashe replied " The world over -- 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals, when I was holding a cup I never asked GOD 'Why me?'. And today in pain I should not be asking GOD 'Why me?' "

Q: Guruji I feel very depressed these days and I want to commit suicide?
.
Sri Sri : Just relax! and be dead now! shareer ko kyun marte ho (why do you want to kill your body ?) Restlessness is in your mind. By destroying your body you are not going to get anything. Kill the mind, that is there real death you are looking for. If your mind dies you relax. If this does not happen you cannot relax. By destroying your body don't think you will be at peace. You have come to the right place. Killing your body your restlessness remains. Your body is a sacred thing. It belongs to God! What makes you so restless is your desire.
.
Drop that craving of yours and your mind becomes calm. You want to compete with someone and when you cannot you become restless. All ambitions make you restless. Kill your ambition , throw your ambition out. If you are peaceful from inside you can do anything . aatma hatya karoge tho 400 -500 saal ghoomte rahoge (If you commit suicide you will keep going round and round for 400-500 years !) It is like - when you are feeling cold do you need more blankets or u taking off your clothes will help ???!!!
.
Suicide is taking off your clothes when u are already feeling cold !!!

Once Buddha along with his disciples happened to pass a lake. They stopped there and Buddha told one of his disciples, "I am thirsty. Do get me some water from that lake there."

The disciple walked up to the lake. When he reached it, he noticed bullock cart crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy, very turbid. The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink!"

So he came back and told Buddha, "The water in there is very muddy. I don't think it is fit to drink."

After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake and get him some water to drink. The disciple obediently went back to the lake and found the mud was settled a bit but still not fit for drinking. He returned and informed Buddha about the same.

After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back.

The disciple reached the lake to find the lake absolutely clean and clear with pure water in it. The mud had settled down and the water above it was crystal clear. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha.

Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said," See what you did to make the water clean
...You just let it be....

and the mud settled down on its own - and you got clear water.

Budha continued "Your mind is also like that! When it is disturbed.....just let it be...... Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own. You don't have to put in any effort to calm it down......... It will happen. "It is effortless."

Dear One,

Jai Gurudev !

My dear, If you are an Indian national, I invite you to fill up the nation-wide Survey on Combating Corruption which will eventually be presented to the policy makers of our country. It may take you about 20 minutes to complete and it would be good learning and great awareness as well. Its ideal to send this to a few of your friends or colleagues or get it filled up by your mom and/or dad and if possible, your maid. This is 'cos we need representative samples from various sections of society. The survey is available online till 15th June midnight, but may I request you to fill it up before it becomes Urgent and Important, which is basically NOW :-) ! Kudos for being proactive and being a part of the solution to the problems of our people!

Q: Do you know everybody's mind?

Sri Sri: You know what happened when we were coming to Surat from Mumbai in train for Mahasatsang. There were two ladies in the same train as we were travelling in. They were longing to meet me. They couldn't meet me in Mumbai and thought it would be almost impossible to meet in Surat.

Few devotees where scheduled to meet me at Valsad station. Before we could finish the train started. Me and Rishi Nityaprogya ji (Nitin Bhaiya) ran and jumped into one of the boggies. It was a ladies coach [Huge laughter]. The two ladies were sitting in the same boggie. They started crying like anything after seeing me. Then I sat with them for half an hour and spoke to them. Longing always increases but never gets completed. Love increases but never completes.

During my agnyat vaas, I asked our driver, to drive the car in some remote village. I asked him to take left and right, here and there. Then I asked him to stop in front of a small house. It was a farmers house. Once I entered the house, everybody saw me. The whole family was so happy to see me. The farmer said he wanted to see me since such a long time but never knew how to reach me. Then I also visited a few farmers near by, they also wanted to meet me since long but would never get a chance due to their duties and work. I spent some time talking to them. They all became very happy. So you never know when I'll go where. I can come anywhere, anytime. So better keep you house neat and clean.

The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and laying up supplies for the winter. The Grasshopper thinks the Ant is a fool and laughs & dances & plays the summer away.Come winter, the Ant is warm and well fed. The Grasshopper has no food or shelter so he dies out in the cold.

Indian Version:
The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and laying up supplies for the winter. The Grasshopper thinks the Ant's a fool and laughs & dances & plays the summer away.
Come winter, the shivering Grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the Ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving. NDTV, BBC, CNN show up to provide pictures of the shivering Grasshopper next to a video of the Ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. The World is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor Grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
Arundhati Roy stages a demonstration in front of the Ant's house.
Medha Patkar goes on a fast along with other Grasshoppers demanding that Grasshoppers be relocated to warmer climates during winter.

Mayawati states this as `injustice' done on Minorities.Amnesty International and Koffi Annan criticize the Indian Government for not upholding the fundamental rights of the Grasshopper.

The Internet is flooded with online petitions seeking support to the Grasshopper (many promising Heaven and Everlasting Peace for prompt support as against the wrath of God for non-compliance). Opposition MPs stage a walkout.

Left parties call for 'Bengal Bandh' in West Bengal and Kerala demanding a Judicial Enquiry. CPM in Kerala immediately passes a law preventing Ants from working hard in the heat so as to bring about equality of poverty among Ants and Grasshoppers.

Lalu Prasad allocates one free coach to Grasshoppers on all Indian Railway Trains, aptly named as the 'Grasshopper Rath'.

Finally, the Judicial Committee drafts the ' Prevention of Terrorism Against Grasshoppers Act' [POTAGA], with effect from the beginning of the winter. Arjun Singh makes 'Special Reservation ' for Grasshoppers in Educational Institutions & in Government Services . The Ant is fined for failing to comply with POTAGA and having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, it's home is confiscated by the Government and handed over to the Grasshopper in a ceremony covered by NDTV. Arundhati Roy calls it ' A Triumph of Justice'. Lalu calls it 'Socialistic Justice '.. CPM calls it the ' Revolutionary Resurgence of the Downtrodden ' Koffi Annan invites the Grasshopper to address the UN General Assembly.

Many years later....

The Ant has since migrated to the US and set up a multi-billion dollar company in Silicon Valley , 100s of Grasshoppers still die of starvation despite reservation somewhere in India, .

.......AND As a result of loosing lot of hard working Ants and feeding the grasshoppers, . .. . . . . . . . .

India is still a developing country&!!!

Just not enough words or thoughts to describe what happened and what all of us experienced on 21st of March 2010 when Swami Suryapada led a 150+ group of highly charged youngsters to a mesmerizing satsang starting at 11 am and ending at only 2:30 pm. Swami Vishnupadji also graced the occasion with his gracious presence. There were more than 12 bhajans and each bhajan was not short by any means but I think no one remembers the count because we all were lost in some another realm of existence where everything merges into "THAT" the blissful presence!

Swami Suryapada

The North Bangalore Team did a splendid job of organising such a grand event. It was for the first time that the entire Yes+ team of bangalore participated wholeheartedly for a Satsang led by Chayanna and it was the first YES+ special satsang for Chayanna himself. We had great support from the team led by Karpagavalli from Koramangala who had come a busfull!! and also Shailendra and team from Jayanagar brought lots of enthu!! And of course Kapil and Ramya added an inter-city touch for bringing participants from Mysore and they were the loudest!

Once again congratulations to all of us for it was great fun organizing this event ..... I was thinking we should have more such events and invite the likes of Harshal bhaiya, Vikram bhaiya,Rishi Nityapragya, Rishi Vidyadharji etc.... What do you think of this????? Leave a comment!

Here are a few pics::

The organizing team(though a few are missing and i don't know why satish is angry)

All shining faces(this is what YES+ is all about!,from left Apurva, Pratibha, Ramya and me)

At the prasadam counter(READY TO SERVE!)

Bubbling balls of Bliss!

Be a judge yourself of Hussein's paintings below.

Goddess Durga in sexual union with Tiger

Prophet's Daughter Fatima fully clothed

Goddess Lakshmi naked on Shree Ganesh's head

M.F. Hussein's Mother fully clothed

Naked Saraswati

Mother Teresa fully clothed

Naked Shri Parvati

Hussein's Daughter well clothed

Naked Draupadi.

Well clothed Muslim Lady.

Naked Lord Hanuman and Goddess Sita sitting on thigh of Ravana

Muslim poets Faiz, Galib are shown well-clothed

Full Clad Muslim King and naked Hindu Brahmin. The above painting clearly indicates Hussein's tendency to paint any Hindu as naked and thus his hatred.

Naked Bharatmata - Hussein has shown naked woman with names of states written on different parts of her body. He has used Ashok Chakra, Tri-colour in the painting. By doing this he has violated law & hurt National Pride of Indians. Both these things should be of grave concern to every Indian irrespective of his religion.

Out of the four leaders M. Gandhi is decapitated and Hitler is naked. Hussein hates Hitler and has said in an interview 8 years ago that he has depicted Hitler naked to humiliate him and as he deserves it ! How come Hitler's nudity cause humiliation when in Hussein's own statement nudity in art depicts purity and is in fact an honor ! This shows Hussein's perversion and hypocrisy.

Foie Gras

Foie Gras Foie Gras means "Fat Liver"
It's very very luxury menu that originates from France But this dish comes from FORCE FEEDING a goose to make them develope FATTY LIVER DISEASE.

Let's see the source of this wonderful dish

The geese are forced to eat.. even if it does not desire to

The metal pipe pass through the throat to stomach ...even if it does not want to eat anything
To make the liver bigger and fatter

Cages are very small and they force the geese to stay in one position to avoid using energy, thus converting all food into fat.

How sad their eyes show up Their legs were bloated from long standing everyday. No need to sleep because they will be caught to eat again

Although they try to defend themselves But it is useless

How sad this life is..

They are forced to eat until they are dead or their bodies cant stand with this
You see... the food is over its mouth

The left who survive have crapped to be inflamed asses...blood easily come up with the shit

Not only mouth hurt, throat hurt , all time stomach ache from the food , Fat to bloated legs , no sleep , no excercise But also no free movement for life to see the sky or river
