Jai guru dev!!
Im Apurva, a student of architecture studying

in M.S Ramaiah institute of technology, bangalore.

Yes+ changed my life in every aspect. It was 6 days tightly packed with loads of fun, joy, love and knowledge. From a shy reserved person i grew out to become an enthusiastic, friendly person . I was able to socialise and make a lot of friends after doing the course. The relationship between me and my parents improved.

Ever since i started practicing the sudarshan kriya which was taught to me in the yes+, I started improving in my academics drastically. I was able to work efficiently maintaining a calm state of mind. I am now able to study and work efficiently in a shorter span of time with minimum effort.

The yes+ upgrade was mind blowing. I was a barrier breaker. It brought out skills within me which i knew not and learnt to use those skills the smart way. I learnt to make best use of each minute of the day.

Ever since i did the yes + i decided to tell every person i knew about it . I want every single youth to enjoy and experience what i did in the course. I told all my friends about the course and brought them to the introductory talk. Recently i organized a yes+ games carnival in sanjaynagar. In 2003, I was one among a group of art of living members who took part in the ‘save our environment ’ movement. We marched across the city starting from cubbon park protesting against the cutting of trees for road construction. I also took part in the pada yatra conducted in Sanjaynagar and Yelahanka, moving door to door to invite the general public for the silver jubilee and in general to increase the awareness of the public about the art of living. I have also volunteered in the women conference and the silver jubilee celebration. I had the opportunity to invite and receive the delegates. Doing seva just brings joy within me. It has widened my horizon. I got an opportunity to do a lot of cool things which would not have dreamt of doing..
